Diablo 3 - Loot 2.0 Drops to Date

Diablo 3 - Loot 2.0 Drops to Date

Diablo 3 - Loot 2.0 Drops to Date. The title pretty much says it all! After playing about 15 - 20 hours since patch 2.0.x went live with loot 2.0, these are all of the drops I've had thus far. Shows about three dozen items including chantodos, andariels, stone of jordan and visage of guya.

Video is around 5 minutes long. No voice over. Simply a mouse over of each item lasting 5 - 10 seconds.

Diablo 3 - Witch Doctor Fire Bats Build

Diablo 3 - Witch Doctor Fire Bats Build

Diablo 3 - Witch Doctor Fire Bats Build is about as easy as it was in patch 1.08. Only difference now is that I use life on hit, pets, and plague bats instead of cloud of bats. Really I like it better in a lot of ways. I'm no longer required to be right on top of stuff to DPS it. I have some amount of range this way. Also now have a no mana cost taunt which comes with DPS, three pets that do a fair job at occupying mobs as well as multiplying my LoH effect per second, and I don't have to deal nearly as much with annoying stuff like grotesque's chain knocking me back and burning all my mana in a few seconds. Man.. grotesques were SO ANNOYING using a CoB build.

Diablo 3 - Wizard Build - Ray of Frost Spec - No APoC - Patch 2.0.1

Diablo 3 - Wizard Build - Ray of Frost Spec

No APoC - Patch 2.0.1

Diablo 3 patch 2.0.1 released February 25th, 2014. Many skills have changed, gear and drops have completely changed, and paragon 2.0 has revamped the paragon system this patch as well. In this video we take a look at a Ray of Frost Wizard build for the current state game in Diablo 3 patch 2.0.1 pre Reaper of Souls (RoS).

Surprising, forgoing the use of any primary, resource-free skills with only base arcane regeneration, no resource cost reduction, and no arcane power on critical hit (APoC) is actually very viable.

Diablo 3 - No More Magic Find?

Diablo 3 - No More Magic Find?

Travis Day at Blizzard recently announced that magic find is essentially being removed from Diablo 3.

No more magic find in Diablo 3. Well, almost no more magic find. Blizzard is trying to phase out magic find as much as possible. MF is being removed as an affix from gear. Blizzard is also changing how MF interacts with different item qualities. MF will apply 100% of its benefit to Blue items, 30% to Yellow items, and 10% to Legendary and Set items. This means someone with 300% MF will end up finding roughly 30% more Legendary and Set items than someone with 0%.
